A beautiful two bedroom townhouse with en suite bathrooms and a half bath downstairs. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. A complete kitchen with in unit washer and dryer! It’s located in Springdale, AR, just 10 minutes from the University of Arkansas and all the action that Northwest Arkansas has to offer! It is 5 miles to Downtown Fayetteville and legendary Dixon St, and the many wonderful breweries, dining, and shopping amenities. We are next door to barbecue that was voted best in America - Wrights Barbecue!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip bedding and place at the end of the beds on the floor
Put all dirty towels in bathtub, empty all trash and take the trash to the dumpster
Put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start push button twice on dishwasher
Place thermostat at 65°during the winter and 75° during the summer.
Make sure all doors are locked
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
