Location, Location, Location! Steps from Rec. 1 beach, pickleball courts & Park!

Great little family cabin, literally steps away from the tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, park playground, beautiful park, bandstand & sandy beach! This 1450sq ft , comfortable cabin sleeps 10 comfortably. Master bedroom, with king-size bed (sleeps 2), kids room with 2 bunk beds (one with a full-size mattress) sleeps 5, one full-size murphy bed upstairs in the family room (sleeps 2), one king-size murphy bed in the downstairs bedroom (sleeps 2). Two full bathrooms. The kitchen is complete with all necessary accessories. The cabin is located directly across the street from recreation area 1, which is the most desirable location. Large back deck equipped with bbq and large picnic table. Another picnic table is located on the front deck for lots of outside dining.
Equipped with wi-fi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, garbage compactor, microwave. There is NO A/C at the cabin as the weather stays mostly mild during the day and cool in the evenings. There are ceiling fans and portable oscillating fans in all the rooms if needed.
No parties! Be respectful of our neighbors and the 10pm quiet time. You will be charged for extra cleaning if you throw a party that requires cleaning above and beyond what is normal. You will also be told to leave by security (with NO REFUND), if you make excessive noise or are a nuisance or disrespectful to our cabin. There is one camera located on the front door of the cabin for the security and protection of our cabin.
I highly recommend spending Saturday & Sunday nights, as it is the perfect location for the Saturday or Sunday night concerts (concert days vary). You can enjoy the concert from the front deck of the cabin or we prefer to take our blankets, chairs and a small plastic table to the grass. Then we bring our dessert and wine and enjoy the music and dancing!
Parking is available in front of the cabin, including room for your boat in the front driveway.

This cabin is in the perfect location for whatever you choose to do! Your kids can play at the park, play tennis, play basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, or pickleball while you sit on the front porch and watch them. Directly off of Beach Dr. and Peninsula Dr. Across from the tennis shop. Enjoy a fabulous getaway with your family and friends!

**Lake Almanor Country Club charges an additional fee for bringing a boat (if applicable). The boat fee allows for use of both boat launches and parking privileges by the docks. The boat fee is $125 for your entire stay. The boat fee (if applicable) will need to be paid by check and made out to: ‘Samantha Tracy’ and mailed to: 5075 Silverhawk Way. Auburn, Ca. 95602. WITHIN 1 WEEK OF YOUR ARRIVAL. The LACC renter registration link will be emailed to you once your booking is complete and you will need to click on this link and complete registration prior to your arrival.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM US IN MAY THAT INCLUDES ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND LACC RENTER LINK, TO BE COMPLETED 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY.

Check in is at 4pm and Check-out is 10 am. (sometimes we can allow early check in, please ask prior to your arrival).
