Take in stunning river views from the cozy fireplaces or step outside onto the expansive 800 sq. ft. wrap-around redwood deck overlooking the water. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this home is perfect for unwinding with a good book or watching cranes glide along the river — with the occasional distant train adding to the charm.
Fishing enthusiasts will love the direct river access — cast right from the back deck or relax on the swing while listening to the soothing flow of the Hamilton Branch. Recently remodeled flooring adds warmth throughout the home, and ample dining and counter seating accommodates your entire group.
Entertainment options include a pool table, table tennis, karaoke machine, and a 70-inch smart TV. High-speed Starlink internet with Google Mesh Wi-Fi keeps you connected, and music lovers will enjoy the electric piano.

I grew up in the Philippines , lived in Tokyo fora few years and moved to Reno, NV in the '90s. My husband David & I love Lake Almanor for what it has to offer for the outdoor enthusiasts like ourselves. We love being outdoors as well as entertaining. We love boating, hiking, mountain biking, road biking, waterskiing/ wake boarding in the summer as well as downhill skiing & snow shoeing in the winter.

Lake Almanor has always held a special place in our hearts, offering a plethora of outdoor activities for every taste. Whether you're into boating, fishing, kayaking, biking, motorcycle riding, or hiking, there's something here for you. Plus, with Lassen Volcanic National Park just a short drive away, the adventures are endless.
Nestled perfectly on the Hamilton Branch inlet to Lake Almanor, this home boasts an ideal location. The allure of the branch captivated me from the moment I laid eyes on this property. The mesmerizing view and soothing sound of the creek sold me on the spot; I barely needed to explore the rest of the house.
Situated at the North end of the East Shore, near the Country Club golf course and Bailey Creek golf course on the peninsula, this home offers tranquility and convenience. Listen to the gentle cascade of the creek from the deck, with the occasional passing train adding to the charm.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with modern amenities, including a 4-burner electric stove, convection oven, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, wet bar, and a variety of small appliances such as a waffle maker, coffee pot, toaster, variety of spices for your cooking needs and built-in blender/food processor. Guests will find an array of cookware, dishes, baking tools, wine glasses, and more for their culinary needs.
For those who prefer a good night's sleep, three of the bedrooms feature room-darkening curtains, ensuring a restful slumber.
In the game room, a fireplace insert keeps the whole house warm and cozy, with detailed operating instructions conveniently posted by the mantle. Wood and kindling are readily available just outside the front door, along with a metal receptacle for hot coals. Guests can adjust the propane heat using the Google thermostat to their desired temperature.
To ensure our guests' safety and comfort, we've recently installed a new ON DEMAND backup generator for added peace of mind during their stay.
