Centrally located this property is ~4 miles from downtown (about a 12 minute taxi ride). Also, it is about 1 mile from Tulane/ Loyola University, Audubon Park and Audubon Zoo.

Great for kids!

We loved this house. Perfect for small children and convenient to everywhere we needed to be! Very beautiful home and comfortable beds! Felt much nicer than any hotel we could have stayed in.

Cozy home with max comfort

We loved this home! Normally when we travel to Nola for work, we stay in hotels. This time we decided to change it up and loved the experience! The home is comfortable and cozy with most anything you might need when away from home.

A Great Stay in a Great City

We had a wonderful time in New Orleans and the home played a BIG part of it.! The home is as nice as it looks in the pics and is beautifully furnished with particular attention to all the details for the best comfort. A great list of local restaurants and bars. For local entertainment, Magazine St and Tipatinas is only blocks away. When I come back to NOLA I will definitely book with Kirk again. Great host and great place.

We were quite surprised at the location of the house. From the neighborhood and outside of the house it was surprising the inside of the house was so darling. Lots of love and care went into the inside. Parking was a bit concerning as it was on a Main Street and we have a brand new Audi A8. All turned out fine.

Great rental house

This house was maybe the nicest rental I have stayed in and I have stayed in many. Everything from the kitchen untensils to the bathroom towels felt luxe and intentional. The ambiance w the art felt procured and really personal. My guests and I loved everything and were very comfortable. It was nice being close to everything and the neighborhood was quiet. We will be back. Thank you!!!

Beautiful property!

My adult daughter, in-laws and I stayed at the Casa Tchoupitoulas this past weekend. Everything was 5 star. The house is completely updated/renovated, beautifully decorated and furnished. and spotlessly cleaned. The bedrooms, baths and living areas were thoughtfully furnished with many nice extras and special touches. I think the owners gave a great deal of thought to guests' needs and comforts. The owner was available, and communications were prompt. Check in and check out were simple. The kitchen was well stocked. Even my 88-year-old father-in-law couldn't say enough nice things about the house, amenities and location. The house is a single story which was great for him. No issues with parking or noise. I would stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family.

FIVE GOLDEN STARS - Great Spot!

We stayed at this property for a couple of days of exploring NOLA before our cruise. There was a relatively large group of us, but we didn't feel cramped at all. The home was beautifully appointed, and very homey feeling. There was a lot of thoughtfulness put into all the amenities provided. We easily cooked a couple breakfasts & a dinner - and were able to store leftovers. The living room is comfortable for lounging, and the bathrooms were luxurious & the towels fluffy (it's the little things...). The home itself is close to grocery stores & walking distance to magazine street, and a fun trolley ride to the French Quarter. All in all, I'd have to be overly petty to come up with anything negative, and if I did, it would be this: the living room area rug isn't too comfy on the feet. Communicating with the host was quick and easy, wifi was great, check-in was seamless. 5 GOLDEN STARS.
