Come spend the holidays or a weekend in a nice quit, 3 bedroom, two full bathroom property situated seconds from the Sandusky bay. This gorgeous house is fully furnished and can house up to 10 comfortably. This property boasts an 8 person hot tub and an XBOX with a collection of games. There is a fire ring outside for enjoyment, one gas fireplace in the beautiful sunroom and a wood burning fireplace inside the living room. Wood is supplied on site for your convenience free of charge. This property is within a 15 mins radius to Cedar Point, cedar point sport force park, Port Clinton ferry’s for Kelly’s island, Put n Bay, and Middle Bass. Gorgeous scenery of water views of the Sandusky bay, quite location, breathtaking walks and views of wildlife in the area.

What makes this property unique

This property is located outside of the big city, which means no hearing/waking up to trains, planes, vehicles, loud music, etc. The neighborhood and property is secure and safe. This property may not be total waterfront, but the views within literally two minutes to the bay is spectacular, along with the little diner that is open all year round with a liquor license. This little “big” cottage will have you turning every corner with surprise and awe.
