Fully remodeled home with new kitchen appliances, a new washer/dryer, and a new high-efficiency furnace. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for cooking and eating. This home also has a 7-foot pool table, an outdoor electric grill, bedroom blackout shades, a Ring alarm system (no cameras), and two 48-inch TVs with streaming.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please collect all used towels and leave them in the laundry room, either in a hamper or simply on the floor. Please do not wash the towels. No need to pull the linens/duvet covers off the bed.
Turn off lights and electronics when not in use. Manage heating and cooling when away from home.
Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the house that requires excessive cleaning (dirty dishes, stains). Base price covers cost of standard cleaning between reservations.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets or animals in our home without our prior approval. Guests will incur a $200 Pet Fee for evidence of pets or animals.
No smoking or vaping in our home. Guests will incur a $200 Cleaning Fee for evidence of smoking. Late check-out fee: $50/15min starting at 11:01 am
The base price covers the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Guests will incur a $200 Cleaning Fee for excessive deep cleaning.

Excellent place for an extended stay. Everything is brand new and super nice. Highly recommend for 2-5 people. Single bathroom is the limiting factor

Stayed two nights while in town for a Michigan football weekend. House was as described, no surprises. Comfortable furniture, clean bathroom, good location, and nice quiet neighborhood. Nothing fancy, but it fit the bill, would stay here again.

So clean and comfortable!

This place was so clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a good breakfast. I would only request that there be a couple blankets, because we got a little chilly! Jeffrey was good at communicating and very kind.

House was super clean. Everything was as expected. 3 bedrooms. 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. Only one bathroom. Washer and dryer were new and convenient. Just a nice overall stay. Very well maintained house.

Excellent location and house

Was a great place. I had never dealt with a ring security system and was 3 seconds from a meltdown but other then that it was simple. Clean house. Great area. Only complaint is same as others. If you’re gonna cook there maybe bring your own stuff, but that’s pretty standard with any rental. Overall loved it and would go again in a heart beat.
