Secluded Private Villa & Pool in Isabela, 8 km-Beach

We are happy to hear you enjoyed the pool and house accommodations. Most homes in PR are open air living. Our listing states the bedrooms have AC, we apologize for any confusion you may have had. House rules are fairly simple for the size home. This is not a hotel room, this is our vacation home, so there are basic rules involving garbage, smoking, noise levels after hours, turn off lights and AC when you check out, lock up, etc. I realize we asked you to turn off the AC breakers since we granted you an extra 5 hours on your departure day and housekeeping would not arrive until the next day, so I don't really see how the rules seemed time consuming and restrictive. Again and again we tried to accommodate this guests requests. We granted a 2 hour early check in. We allowed 5 extra guests per day beyond the 7 guests already on the reservation for visiting relatives and granted a 1 hour late check out. The guest broke a kitchen cabinet, which we did not charge for. We provided an air mattress upon request even though the home sleeps 8 and there were 7 in the group. The guest found and used a private hidden key for our locked room labeled (PRIVATE) and helped himself to its contents. We had to contact the guest after check out to locate the key for housekeeping since it was not returned to its original place. I follow up with all guests after the first 24 hours to make sure everything is up to their satisfaction. The reply was "Everything was ok, thank you." Our pool cleaner does an amazing job as does our housekeeping and lawn service. Trust me when I say our staff goes above and beyond to maintain this property, which you can clearly see from the other reviews. Our listing has noted there is potential noise from neighboring animals in the area, which is out of our control. The guest added an additional person to the reservation after booking which put them over 6 guests. We do have a small fee over 6 guests, similar to a hotel for anything over 6 to cover additional costs for larger groups. This is clearly stated on our listing. Due to constant demands and lack of respect for our property, we cannot recommend this guest.
