GO GREEN / Solar system with two 15 KW back up battery for the entre house.
Totally private pool is all yours, no sharing! Please note: pool heater is solar power, it increase the water temperature by 8 degrees, therefore pool tem. is always around 86 degrees but varies on the sun.
Enjoy the sea breeze, ocean, mountain and meadow views, very quiet and peaceful country setting.
Completely air-cond. and well furnished with everything you may needed. Off street parking, gated entry.
Only 7 min. to nearby beach. Many beaches within 35min. for kayaking, camping, snorkeling, surfing, swimming, horseback riding, shopping & dining.
Whole house generator and water reservoir for emergency.

**NOTE: although the house is all yours to enjoy, the attached in law apartment is used by the owners about 4 to 5 month a year. We're retired 12 years ago and have 3 vaccines.
