Sea Serenity - the best views in the coastal Carolinas @ Old Towne Yacht Club

Located on Radio Island, between Beaufort and Morehead City, this location puts you in the heart of the best of both worlds, only 5 minutes from either downtown. Or there is plenty to do right at the condo. Just sit on the balcony and watch the boats go in and out of the inlet or enjoy seeing the wild ponies over on Carrot Island or dolphins swimming in the inlet and creeks.

Old Towne Yacht Club is a gated community which boasts a range of top-notch amenities designed to enhance your stay. Unwind in our outdoor pool, complete with a hot tub, or fire up the gas grills for an alfresco dining experience. Stay active in our well-appointed fitness center or socialize at the clubhouse.

For those with a love for the sea, our marina offers boat slips available for short-term lease, providing a perfect gateway for you to explore the surrounding waters.

To ensure a seamless stay, we have included all basic necessities. All you need to bring is your suitcase.

There is a full kitchen with new appliances, washer/dryer, and a smart TV with internet. The primary bedroom features a large en-suite with a large walk-in shower and private access to the balcony with the most spectacular waterfront views. There are two additional bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. Both include full closets and are steps away from a shared full bathroom.

The primary bedroom and living room both open onto the balcony. The kitchen is separated from the living room and dining area by a bar in a Great Room design, and the appliances are new stainless steel and include a washer and dryer.

Boaters: 3 min boat ride to Beaufort Inlet, 2 min to Carrot Island, and 15 min to Shackleford Banks. Boat slips are available for short-term lease at the marina. Pets are allowed for stays that are 31+ days.

We came down to enjoy the seafood festival. We loved the location of the unit as we enjoyed being at a marina and watching the many boats sail by. We also appreciated how clean the condo was. That aspect made the trip even more enjoyable. Thank you for your hospitality.

Sea Serenity is a very nice three bedroom condo with fantastic views of Carrot Island and Shackelford Banks and Beaufort Inlet. The unit was well appointed and spotless. Our hosts Chris and Tammy were wonderful. Communication was prompt and accurate. Would highly recommend for a Morehead City/ Beaufort vacation.

Amazing stay!

Incredible location. Brought the boat. Fished a ton. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. We walked to the Radio Island beach and were very pleasantly surprised. A great beach. This place has it all!

The hot tub was out the first two nights. Then, we realized it was open and used it. The last night we tried to get into the pool area but discovered we needed a fob. Fortunately there was another resident who let us in the pool area with their fob. I suggest leaving us a fob or another way to enter.

Great View

We had a great time. The Condo was clean and setup nice for our visit. The view from the master bedroom and the living room is amazing. We enjoyed watching the wild horses off the balcony.

Beautiful Views!

We loved everything about this vacation. Beautiful weather, beautiful water, beautiful condo, awesome furnishings and décor, the most comfortable beds, great location and the most stunning views! Highly recommend! We brought our boat and were a little disappointed we had to pay extra to rent a boat slip since one was supposed to be coming with the rental but the marina staff were super helpful and accommodating. We hope to return next year!

Relaxing, convenient week at the beach

The property was very clean and property owner was great. She answered any questions quickly. The location was wonderful for what we wanted - to spend the week boating, fishing and enjoying nearby beaches. We rented a boat slip and just walked downstairs, iced up our cooler and off we went for the day. When we were tired, we could come back and enjoy the pool and hot tub. The boys fished off the dock in the evenings. Overall a wonderful rental and location.

Perfect for us!!

Property manager was great! Reached out to us twice before we came & was instantly reachable after we arrived. The porch was exactly what we needed & views were great with lots of boats-small to large & even a couple of ships! I was skeptical of the reviews of horse viewings on the nearby island-but they were awesome along with playful dolfins!! The high Adirondack chairs are perfect for seeing over the porch rail - those caught my eye immediately when I viewed this property. One of our friends is a bit limited with movement, so I knew the porch would be great for us. Thanks to the owners for providing binoculars & a telescope. The master suite is on the waterfront with huge windows & the bathroom is big & beautiful! The unit was super clean & totally supplied! Additionally, large wheeled tubs were available to use for transporting all our “stuff” to the 5th floor & the elevators made moving in & out easier than expected. Sea Serenity & the Old Towne Yacht Club are a great combination-couldn’t have had a better vacation!!

Great Experience

The overall experience here was great. Pool area is nice but wish there was a few more shade spots or an umbrella or 2. The beach right next to the complex is nice as well. It can get busy on the weekends but even at its busiest, we didn't feel cramped. This beach was also great for the little ones. Unit itself is nice, welcoming and fully equipped. Beds were very comfortable. My kids slept in and it allowed us to sleep in. Total win win. The views from the balcony are the best. This complex and area would be beyond perfect if you had a boat docked there. Plenty of great island spots and waterfronts to check out. While by boat is nice. Driving to Beaufort or Morehead City waterfronts are still very close. Overall, great experience and would definitely return.

Beautiful Place for a Family Vacation

The property was everything we hoped it would be. Our host, Jessica, was very kind and gracious. The location was ideal, and the views were spectacular. We saw horses from our balcony each morning and were fortunate enough to see dolphins on several occasions. The only issue we found to be unflattering were the apparent attitudes from some of the owners that lived at the condo. Not all, but some of the owners made us feel "less than" for being a renter as if they knew anything about us individually or our social/economic background. We also received some negative comments because our daughter has a service dog. Hard to imagine that considering the unruly dogs we encountered from some of the owners. Overall, it is an amazing place, and we are thankful we were able to stay. We didn't let a few rude people disrupt our time. Would recommend.

Amazing!

The view at the condo is amazing! It was extremely clean. It is well equipped for most everything that you need. You will never be bored, you have the birds, the boats the beach, and the beautiful horses. The complex has lots to do. Jessica is great to work with too!
