Also remember this is the place you can expose your mischievous children or grandchildren the fishing sport skills. If you’re interested for canoe ride to the nearby beach, our trained associate can take you for a ride or even for fishing at an extra fee towards him. Or you and your family members are just want to be couch potatoes, just relax at the deck upstairs or gazebo outside the building, enjoy the sea breeze. Cook barbecue and just relish your time here.

Great location Very nice & easy to communicate w/ HostGreat lil fishing place.Had lots of fishing amenities, unfortunately we really weren’t there to fish. Came for 4th of July to be w/ family members that also have a place down the road. Family place just not big enough for us all. This place was reasonable and easy location on the canals. About 5-8 minute drive to beach! No complaints or issues!

This property is convenient to the boat ramp, bait shop, ICW and the gulf. The property is a great place for a group of guys looking for a fishing getaway. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room. 5 or 6 might get a little crowded, but is still doable.Three bedrooms and plenty of cold air.Owner was very responsive and accommodating.Overall good place to go.

The whole experience was bad it was dirty inside and out of the house and property could not use outside toilet because of the spiders up and around the toilet the so called bate room stunk so bad I threw up when I opened the door there were NO!!!!!!fish we fished didn't catch nothing but two small catfish everything was a lie the rooms looked so bad the panels on the walls were wavy I was afraid of black mold we were told that we had to bring our own trash bags and then had to take the trash off our selves because he didn't have trash service all the dishes were dirty so we had to wash every dish we used!!!!!!!!! My wife hated it and would never go back!!!!!! The price was NOT worth it!!!!!!! It was so bad we didn't take any photos

The review by the guest is highly unacceptable. Why hasn’t he called me for my repeat calls, other than his call on the check in time? What is the proof of the mold or spider? Irrespective of his irresponsible review, I gave my best rating and still I don’t have any problem to rent to them 1. First for every one, the custom-built bait house near the fishing area is quite rare in this area and it is for my personal use only and has always been locked with a separate entry code. Note the bait house is not listed in the VRBO advertisement and is not a part of the rental agreement. The husband was clearly told the bait house is for my personal use and is given the privilege to use with the condition to replenish anything picked up there. How could he comment on this and give poor rating? 2. The property was just cleaned by a professional cleaning company, popular in this area, just two days before the tenant checked in. I can provide the proof if required. 3. As told to the tenant, I am out of town until Saturday 18th. Although I tried several times, he hasn’t called me back other than the check in time. I am afraid how the property is checked out . I will check on the property on coming Monday or Tuesday and report here. 4. Because of my travel plan which was communicated clearly earlier before check in, I asked him to bring the forgotten garbage bag. Why did he complain? 5. He is strongly advised to check the reviews by others. Notably one of the guests is very much impressed by our property and is reserving third time in a row this year. See the picture of her small grand son with his big catch. Why did they catch only tiny catfish?
