Great place in the middle of it all! A Renovated 1911 Farmhouse, with comfortable accommodations in a country setting. Lovely home with welcoming front porch. Home is loaded with charm. Fully equipped with all your necessities. Back porch with grill and hot tub. Kayaks available for your use. Plenty to do and see in San Leon. Bring your fishing poles , bring your boat! Public ramps are close by. Mooner beach and Bayshore park are less then 1 mile. Fabulous dining like Gilhooly's, Top Water and Pier 6 are close by. Historic Galveston Island Beaches, The Strand, Schlitterbahn, The Pleasure Pier, The Opry House and more great dining just 20 minutes to the South. Kemah Boardwalk with fine dining and entertainment located 6 miles.

Hi, We are a family of four. We love the gulf Coast. We own a beach house in Galveston and a farmhouse in San Leon.

Why they chose this property

This area is the best we enjoy living close to the water. San Leon is a hidden gem. We enjoy boating , fishing ,kayaking. We are so close to the beaches in Galveston and all there is to do down there. We often go to Kemah to eat or listen to live music. The shopping is also great with the Tanger outlet mall. Our guest are always egar to visit Space Center Houston.

What makes this property unique

Legend says that our cute farmhouse was actually a horse barn in 1911. We have recently renovated the place. Our property has some deer and a pond.
