ABOUT THE HOME:

Our well-equipped two-story townhome in the beautiful Rendezvous area of Fraser is the perfect base for hikers, mountain bikers, skiers, boarders, snowshoers and outdoors enthusiasts of all kinds! It's a short walk to the Winter Park "The Lift" ski shuttle, a walk or incredibly short drive to downtown Winter Park, and with uninterrupted views of downtown Winter Park and ski slopes as well as surrounding mountains, it "feels" incredibly remote.

Outfitted with all the conveniences and comforts of a luxury home, enjoy the sweeping views of Winter Park and balcony firepit or the 6-person private hot tub while the kids explore the wilderness and trails right outside your back door. Our three bedroom and four bath townhome features a fully stocked kitchen with high-end appliances, luxury furnishings including down comforters and high quality bedding on all beds, heated bathroom floors, 55” smart TVs, a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, a desk for work with a 24 inch monitor, an attached two-car garage, two living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs (great for kids!), and much more! We use our home a great deal - and we go through great lengths to make it feel just like that - a cozy home!

INSIDE THE HOME:
On the main floor as you enter from the two-car garage or front door, enjoy beautiful views, warmth, and conversation from the living room with gas fireplace or deck with a gas fire pit and cozy seating. The main floor also includes a 55-inch smart tv with Roku, dining table, kitchen island with bar seating, a half bathroom, the primary bedroom with primary bathroom, a WiFi-connected bluetooth speaker to stream your own music, and if you must get work done, a beautiful custom hardwood desk built by our family with a 24-inch monitor and full sized keyboard and mouse. WiFi and internet are provided at speeds up to 400mbps.

Downstairs provides a second living room with a queen-sized pullout, sleeper sectional and 55-inch smart TV with an Amazon Firestick, a private washer and dryer, and access to the downstairs deck with 6-person saltwater jetted hot tub. There’s a second bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom with heated floors. And then sharing a bathroom with heated floors and shower and tub with the living room, there’s a third bedroom with two sets of single over full bunks. A pack-n-play is also available for use.

Unfortunately our home is not pet friendly.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES:
Skiing / Boarding - The free shuttle to Winter Park Ski Resort (“The Lift”) drops off and picks up just up the street.

Mountain Biking – There are 23-miles of single track just outside your door, with Winter Park’s Trestle Bike Park and Grand County’s 600 miles of trails, there’s something for riders of all ability.

Fly Fishing – Enjoy President Eisenhower’s favorite fishing spot on the Fraser River, walkable from our home.

Cross Country Skiing - the Fraser River Winter Trail, which is over 11 miles, is easily accessible.

Hiking - Rendezvous offers a network of private hiking trails accessible right outside your door; for additional hiking, the trails can take you directly to the wide system of Arapahoe National Forest trails.

LOCAL AMENITIES:
The Lookout is located in the Rendezvous area of Fraser. It’s a short walk (or shorter drive) to downtown Winter Park’s restaurants, breweries, amphitheater, and shops. It’s also a short drive to Fraser’s restaurants, distilleries, breweries, and shops. It’s 20 minutes to Devil’s Thumb Ranch, less than an hour to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park, and is amazingly situated between being close to everything but with a beautiful vista view that makes you feel perfectly remote.
