This impeccable and newly renovated unit is located literally steps from Wilton Drive in Wilton Manors. Large hot tub with outdoor shower! Great for work or pleasure. Fast WiFi. Unit has one comfortable bedroom and bathroom and a second bedroom is set up as a complete office. Polished concrete floors. There's a separate living/dining area with dining that seats up to 4. Kitchen is remodeled with all appliances, dishwasher, and washer dryer inside. Fully fenced back yard with hot tub and outdoor seating. Short drive / car-ride to the beach.

Right off Wilton Drive, walking distance to all shops, restaurants and bars. Quiet and clean. Very secluded. The outdoor area is very quiet and tranquil.

Had pretty much everything we needed. We cooked a couple of nights as we got tired of going out. Had to buy a couple of items like saran wrap and T P. Mgmt very responsive. We would stay here again. again.

I struck gold in finding this property! My last stay with Vrbo/Expedia was an absolute nightmare and I’d decided to never use them again. A friend convinced me to try this place and I was SO pleased. I wanted to give all 5’s so badly, but unfortunately I have to knock down for the wifi, which was less than desirable. Even with that, I’m checking there first for my next trip. I just hope it’s available!

Very clean good location and a few issues

Very clean unit. In a good location near the main part of Wilton Manors. Several items need attention. 1. Fridge is function but quick beat up with dings and dents. 2. Outside lights on motion detector don't say on long enough. 3. Hot tub doesn't have a cover so never got hot (early part of week as cool, so that is partly to blame, but still never got above 94). 4. Polished concrete floors are very austere. 5. Induction stove - no small fry pan just an enormous pan (remember there is only one bed in the unti). 6. Electrical issues - washer needs to be reset after each load, and outlet next to closet in den was giving me shocks when I had my laptop plugged. 7. Ceiling fan in bedroom makes a terrible noise.
