Loved the condo. It was nice and clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was convient for us. The location is great right on the beach for easy access and an amazing view. The pool was the perfect temperature. We had a nice stay and would definitely come back

New Year's 2024

This is a great property in a great location. Everything was in perfect working order. The only downside is the parking is very tight for a large vehicle and the Queen and twin mattresses are very firm. I would gladly stay here again. I would recommend to friends and family.

Thanksgiving Break Vacation

Overall, the condo looked just like the pictures and the location is pretty good. The building is a bit older, but it is functional. HOWEVER…… BUGS! Everywhere! We started to cook and saw them right away. We immediately called the Property Manager and left the building. The management company was quick to get us into a different condo which we will continue to visit, as it was very nice!

Beach time

The property overall was great. Location was perfect, beach access was easy and not crowded. Loved having 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Bathrooms were mostly updated. Bedrooms were nice,especially the master with king bed and private balcony. Living area with dining room and kitchen were great. Only complaint is furniture needs updating. Also place needs some wall repairs and a fresh coat of paint but we were here for the beach do not a big deal. Wish property had a grill, thats a big one for me as we cooked alot and i like to grill. Great view from the front balcony. Overall experience was great!

Some VERY Important info left out of description. Cockroaches! I've been to Padre Island many many times. I've never experienced cockroaches ever! I'm ok with little sugar ants no big deal. But when cockroaches and I don't mean little ones are crawling on the walls

Great 3bed 3bath condo right on the beach

Check in at the off site office of Padre Island Rentals. Office open 24hrs. The Check in process was easy and efficient. Bags of coffee, filters, sugar, and creamer given upon check in was a nice touch. The condo was clean and well provisioned. A small point-no toilet paper holders in the bathrooms. Shower stream was a bit low pressured. No washer and dryer in the unit, but the third floor laundry at least did not require quarters, credit card could be used. Location right on the beach is a major plus. Overall, a property that delivered as described and well supported by the property managers.

We should have stayed longer . . .

We should have stayed longer. None of us was ready to go back home! This property was clean and airy, with balconies facing both east and west. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the world pass by. While visitors to neighboring properties spent the long balmy nights playing music and splashing in the pool, we slept well in the quiet and well-situated bedrooms. The kitchen was well-appointed so we ate well, too. Ample storage space throughout meant we could put our luggage up and move around the property freely. Check-in and check-out were a breeze with a professional, highly-organized property owner. Thank you!

Convenient Beach Access

This property has convenient beach access and is short distance walk onto the beach compared to other condos I’ve stayed at on SPI. Check in process was easy but there was only one associate that was working and was busy handling a phone call so I did have to wait a few minutes. The property was clean however there was a section of the wall where the paint looked torn off (pictured) so that was a bit of a turn off. The master bedroom faces the street with a balcony, this was the only bedroom that had a tv. It would’ve been nice to have a tv in the other two bedrooms. The beds were super firm. Kitchen was nice and had all the needed utensils/cookware. Balcony of course was great with the perfect gulf view! The sofa seating area was minimal but did the job for us. You will need to bring your own beach items like chairs/umbrellas, etc. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place!

Very Nice Condo

I really enjoyed this condo. It is large, roomy, and well appointed, very pretty, and has everything you need. I think it looks better in person than it does in the photos. The pool was heated, clean, and well maintained. The location right on the beach was superb. Covered parking was a big plus. The elevator worked well and never gave us a problem. I would definitely stay here again. My only minor quibbles would be: 1. The living room furniture is stiff and rather uncomfortable. A few extra cushions and pillows would fix that I think. 2. The beds are very, very firm; much firmer than my liking. I realize that is a matter of personal choice and many others prefer firm mattresses. 3. The water pressure in the showers, though adequate, is low. If you have a thick, lustrous head of hair and like to shampoo it, you're going to have your work cut out for you. These quibbles are minor, and overall I really liked the place think you'll like it too. I have no reservations about giving it a 5 star rating.

My family and I come down every year. We absolutely love the Florence 2!!! We love that it only has like 21 units!! The pool is never crowded and the beach access is Great!! We highly recommend these accommodations!!!

Warm Family Get Away

The apartment had plenty roomy for our family of 4. We liked that it was a smaller complex, the pool and hot tub were never busy. It is right on the beach with one balcony facing East and another West so always an oportunity to be in the sun. From the master bedroom we only heard a little street noise, our son however could hear the neighbors quite well from his room. Kitchen was equipped enough, we mostly brought frozen meals to heat in the oven so didn't need much. Overall we were happy with this property and would stay there again. We did not have a need to comunicate with the property manager so I can not comment on that.

Great except for no drinkable water

We loved the location, but the water was not drinkable. There was no notice in our condo, but my family down the hall had a note that said not to drink it. If we had known ahead of time, we would have been able to buy drinkable water.

Great location. A lot of room for family time and kids. Super clean inside and comfortable. No fireworks were seen from either balconies as far as 403 is concerned if that’s something you want to do at the place you stay. Otherwise super nice. Thank you

needs serious updating maintenance

Love the location: 50 steps over sand dune and you are on the beach. However the place needs serious maintenance and updating: furniture is very uncomfortable because of breaking down, wifi was unusable and unreliable, Kitchen pans were so warped that you could not fry or broil on them. Black mold on the wall behind the drapes in living area.

I hope this helps for all other renters in future : Plus points: 1. Location : 5 Star - Great - Superb 2. Condo Quality: Good 3. 3 Bed and 3 Bath 4. Furniture was good except the Sofa was a little worn out. 5. All the kitchen items were there along with microwave, refrigerator, cooking top and grill. 6. Very easy access to beach from garage. 7. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi - hot pool. 8. TV & Cable is provided. 9. Beach facing condo and can experience a perfect sun rise. Minus Points: 1. No washer Dryer on site. It is available outside the codo on 3rd Floor. It's a coin machine. 2. No pillow cover on one of the bedroom pillows. Overall, Me and my family enjoyed our stay at this condo. Thanks
