Saida Towers III #3004 – 1BR/1.5BA Ground-Floor Condo
Saida Towers III #3004 is a charming one-bedroom, one and a half bathroom ground-floor unit located in Tower 3 of Saida Towers. This condo is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway with access to resort-style amenities and a great location on the beach.

Condo Features:
Bedroom: King bed and TV.
Living Room: Sofa (non-sleeper) and TV. Air mattress available upon request/availability.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with standard appliances and a coffee pot.
Bathrooms: One full bathroom with a bathtub and a half bath for added convenience.
Flooring: Tile throughout the unit for easy maintenance.

All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person wristband fee $25 plus tax. Wristbands are required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and old are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the wristband fee will apply. The wristband fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Family reunion

This was our first time at South Padre Island. We had a nice unit, the patio was a few steps to the poo and walking distance to the beachl, It's a great location for elderly people that cannot walk a long distance. The room is large to meet with the family and have dinner together.The only thing it did have in the room, was USB ports for mobile devices, a hair dryer and an Iron., if you plan your trip, now you know what to pack. There's a Walmart driving distance.
