The house was amazing! Our group enjoyed just hanging out in the theater room. The only thing i would add would be a rail to the front steps to assist individuals with mobility issues or elderly guests with getting up or down the steps. My 87 year old mother almost fell down the first step when she was leaving one day. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you for being a great host.

Great location and beautiful property

This property worked perfect for us. We were in the area for a soccer tournament at Rocky Top Sports World and this cabin was within a ten minute drive. The cabin was beautiful inside and spacious. We had multiple families staying together and each bedroom had its own bathroom which was great. The kids loved the pool and game room.

Location of the cabin was great, about a mile and half to grocery store, easy directions. The cabin was new, very clean!! Exceeded our expectations, included everything you could possibly need. The indoor pool was a big hit and every one enjoyed game room and theatre room. Comfortable beds, will definitely try to rent this cabin again.

Awesome House & Location!

We had 10 of us in this house and it was more than enough room! Very clean and comfortable with a lot to entertain everyone. A lot of other houses around but still quiet. A few hiccups but nothing that ruined our stay. We loved the location. Quick drive down the mountain to the grocery store and also City Hall which has a park and ride lot to take the trolley into Gatlinburg. Depending on traffic, drive to Pigeon Forge wasn't bad. Would defintely recommend this house!

Pirates Peak Was Beautiful

Overall the location and cabin were great. There was a bad storm during our stay and the fire alarm got set off. They property management talked us through fixing it. We also left something important behind and they contacted us immediately about it. I would gladly stay again.

Great location but house needs fixing

We had maintenance issues some that were addressed right away and others that are still in progress. House was flooded 6 months prior so vent dripped in one bedroom, washing machine was broken, sink stunk when turning on in downstairs bathroom. Overall nice house and close to Gatlinburg park.

Lots to do! But buy/pack all your kitchen stuff

Our kids (4 and 6) didn’t want to leave! They were in the pool everyday and loved all the games. From the parent side, bring all your kitchen needs…we have stayed at other cabins where people left good condition or unopened things behind for the next people. Not this one. You start from scratch. Bring or plan to buy nearly everything…seasonings, coffee (ground or k cup but the pot coffee maker overflowed each time we used it so I suggest k cup), coffee filters, plastic bags, foil, dishwasher tablets, extra trash bags, cleaning spray or wipes. Also, there are no pool toys or thermometer for grilling. The cooking pans were horrible quality and difficult to cook with. There was plenty of toilet paper for our 4 night stay though. The cabin is new, but construction quality wasn’t the best. None of the inside doors shut all the way/easily/locked so bedroom and bathroom privacy was tricky. Shower door handles were loose. There is a “game room” themed room but no games in it. Having a gaming console or board games in there or bringing your own would be nice. Honestly, we would stay here again and just be more prepared. And hope the property was maintained. All the things to do in the cabin made for great memories!

Worst Management Experience Ever!

We had nothing but issues from the moment we arrived. The door codes did not work. The pool door lock was broken. The bedding had not been washed and had disgusting white stains all over it. The bathroom floor was covered in urine. That was only the beginning.... when I contacted Eden management they NEVER responded in a timely manner. When they did send a maintenance man out to help us, he was extremely rude, bordering on abusive. Our last evening in the house the alarms went off at 10pm. There was NO response from Eden management. I called their 1800 number and was told that the maintenance man would be there " at some point." Meanwhile the neighbors woke up, the strobe lights were flashing, and we finally called the Gatlinburg fire department who came out and helped us. When maintenance FINALLY showed up, he was rude and said some very inappropriate things to my 73 year old mother. In addition, the fire dept. told him to reset the alarms. Instead, he turned off the breaker to them, leaving us all in danger for the evening without fire detection services. There was water all over the electronic panels in the alarm room and the maintenance man did not even bother to clean it up.I am not only disgusted by the management, but by their lack of communication on ALL fronts and their careless concern for safety. They still have not responded to me or returned my calls. This house is very to rent, and I would warn anyone thinking about it to stay FAR AWAY from it.
