Riverfront Cottage Close To Washington, Bath And Belhaven!

Discover the inner banks at the Pamlico Social Club. Our sweet little river cottage has historic charm with updated modern amenities. We're banking on you loving our beautiful river views & pier updates. On the street side, we are bordered by a mature pecan grove and have views of the adjacent inlet. Sleeping accommodations include two bedrooms, one with king size bed. The larger bedroom has a queen bed, & a bunk bed. Our living room has a mega comfortable 8 foot couch. Our kitchen facelift includes great cabinets & we are especially stoked about our brand new dishwasher. If it's a fishing expedition you have in mind, we have a great pier and boat dock. Test the waters and venture out after the fall run on striped bass, water ski, catch crabs from the pier, or just sit on the porch and take in the river view. We recommend that you shop at nearby Piggly Wiggly & test the fine cuisine at The Bank Bistro and Bar on Main Street or Washington Crab Shack. Explore all little Washington has to offer.

Pamlico Social Club is cozy and welcoming, and the location is to die for. Property owners are responsive and accommodating. A wonderful stay we hope to repeat often.

Pamlico Social Club is a wonderful rental. The setting right on the river is spectacular, and the cottage is most accommodating. The hosts are super helpful and booking a stay is a breeze. Don’t miss this gem!

Perfect Cozy Cottage on the Pamlico River

This place exceeded my expectations. Location was prime. You really don’t even need to leave, but if you do Goose Creek State Park, Washington, and Bath are just minutes away. The house was very comfortable and clean. Fabulous views of the river. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of cooking and dining equipment. I hope to return. Early April is a great time to see the gorgeous flowering dogwoods and azaleas all around this part of North Carolina. Temperatures swung from 90 to 45, so be prepared.

Best Friends’ Wedding

Beautiful view and great cottage for fun with friends! We were in town to celebrate a close friend’s wedding on the Pamlico, and this location was very convenient to everything! Highly recommend for an authentic time on the river.

Best view ever

We came to stay in Washington to attend a family gathering and this house was close to the family hosting the gathering. It was the best view the minute you walk in the house. Charming and nicely taken care of are an understatement. This home is very loved. It had everything we needed and made the stay so enjoyable. We will be back.

Our New Happy Place

We couldn't believe how quiet and relaxing this property is! Everywhere in the compact but extremely usable house showcases the beautiful river view. All aspects of the house were very comfortable--we loved all the vintage pieces throughout--and the kitchen had everything I needed (unusual for a rental!). Downtown Washington has both fancy and simple restaurants and shops, and for full immersion in nature, it's less than 20 minutes to Goose Creek State Park. We plan to return!!!

Relaxing on the River

Pleased with location and neighborhood. Had a question that was answered immediately. House quaint. Only issue was that it didn’t seem to cool off very well, but can be expected in older homes especially when the heat index is 100+. Overall would recommend and we would go back

River relaxing

Very comfortable house with fantastic location on the river. Enjoyed morning coffee on the back deck and afternoons floating and swimming off the dock. Stunning sunsets over the river. The air conditioning kept up with the 95 degree days and wifi worked great. Absolutely quiet at night in this very private neighborhood. Went into Little Washington early mornings to walk along the promenade and boardwalk before the heat set in. Photos were spot on to what you should expect. Thanks for a wonderful escape from work!

Quaint house with amazing views of the river!

My husband, sister, brother-in-law and I spent three nights. We enjoyed eating our meals on the table by the window that overlooks the Pamlico River. We loved that both bedrooms had their private bathrooms. Even though the fish were not biting, we enjoyed fishing off the private dock. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. I enjoyed cooking in the quaint little kitchen. Even though we appreciated the linens and towels being provided, our only suggestion is that it would have been nice not to have to put our sheets on the bed upon arrival. We would love to stay here again in the future! We loved the spaciousness of the house! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Amazing place. A must stay if you're considering this area.

We had an amazing 2-1/2 weeks here and didn't want to leave. This residence provides you with the total package. Outdoors, amazing views in the back to relax and wake up to, and just an absolute beautiful atmosphere overall. Who would think of seeing pods of DOLPHINS right in your backyard? It wasn't even on our minds but we experienced it several times and it blew my family and I away. We kayaked in the back as well. We grilled out back also and the sunset views at dinner time was exceptional. Beautiful front yard as well on a quiet seldom traveled dead end road. I can go on and on. This place is a must stay if you're considering visiting this area. We will definitely be back! Sam and family.

This is a really charming cottage with a great location, not far from the main town, which offers plenty of shopping and dining options. We stayed so my family could enjoy fishing off the dock. It had built-in seating, plenty of room to move around, and was just steps from the home. Watching the mullet jumping right out of the water is awesome! There is a nice crab pot in the shed if you plan on catching blue crab, which we did, and had a few for supper one night. Note that you will need to bring your own crab cracker to get into the claws! If you're looking for fresh bait, Ginn's Seafood, Tackle & Quickstop was recommended to us.As a few have noted, the AC is a bit difficult to manage on very hot days. You will need to close the curtains overlooking the water to keep the sun from overheating the home, and use the fans strategically to keep the home cool. I would recommend a window AC unit be added to the second bedroom.The house is very well stocked with everything you may need. There is also a basic charcoal grill available and Roku on the TV to log in to your Hulu or Netflix accounts. We truly enjoyed our stay and thank you for sharing your home with others to enjoy!

Beautiful Location

Beautiful little house right on the Pamlico River. The house was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Check in was quick and easy. Beautiful views from the sunroom and the private dock. We very much enjoyed our stay
