The property is private and surrounded by mesquite trees in the heart of the Tanque Verde Valley. The open floor plan has high ceilings, many large windows, and a beehive fireplace. It features a large king bedroom with ensuite bathroom complete with a rainwater showerhead & luxury tub. Guest house amenities include: state of the art kitchen with new appliances- refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster oven, and garbage disposal. The living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV, Cable & Internet access. There is also a separate laundry room complete with a front loading washer & dryer & laundry sink. The house is surrounded by a wrap around patio with ample outdoor seating and a commercial BBQ grill.
As a bonus, there is a separate bedroom and bathroom suite adjacent to the guest house with a private patio. Bonus room is equipped with coffee maker & a mini refrigerator. Come relax in this peaceful setting and enjoy the outdoors. Bird, hike, mountain bike or just rest in the beautiful Sonoran desert. Saguaro National Park East & Tanque Verde Guest Ranch are only 15 minutes away.

This area is ideal for those who enjoy playing outdoors. The mountain views are amazing and the sunsets are incredible. There are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy such as hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, bird watching, cycling, and sight seeing.

The property is nestled between two mountain ranges- the Rincon Mountains and the Santa Catalina Mountains...and minutes away from Saguaro East National Park.
