This popular 3 bedroom, 3 full bath is a Crested Butte luxury condominium. This condo entrance is located on the second floor with elevator access and is a one-level condo. Vaulted ceilings highlight the large stone, gas fireplace in the living room with a flat-screen TV just above. Comfortable seating in the living room, which can be overlooked by the kitchen and dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and lots of granite tile counter space to prep your meals. Seating available for 4 available at the dining room table with additional room at the kitchen breakfast bar for 3. The king master bedroom is located off of the living room with its’ own balcony access with a view of the peak. The other two guest bedrooms are near the condo entry, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins, each with their own flat-screen TV. There is a maximum occupancy of 6 for sleeping arrangements. The stacked washer and dryer are located in the entry-level closet. There is 1 permitted, assigned parking spot for a regular vehicle in the underground parking garage. 1 additional permit can be issued based on the open parking availability and is first come first serve. There is overflow parking for trailers based on a first come first serve basis. Additional vehicles must be parked off-premise.

The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. Black Bear Lodge is located near the summer town route schedule which is every 20 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes. In the winter, Black Bear is on a special condo loop shuttle that picks up every 30 minutes and brings you to the base area. The shuttle is not needed for ski access when the West Wall lift is in operation.

Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management offers additional services for our guests that others may not. Upon your arrival, you’ll find that we supply all linens, towels, and paper goods. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, starter shower kits, coffee packets with powder creamer and sugar, kitchen towels, dish sponges, dish soap, and dish detergent.
