..Brand new house located at Hacienda Pinilla, a private community on the coast of Pacific Ocean.This quiet tropical retreat in the middle of nature features a large shaded patio where you can relax in the afternoons, and access to a beautiful condo outdoor swimming pool with lounge chairs and other resort amenities like gym and small market.
Available 3 different beaches:
Avellanas beach, great for surfing, walking and swimming, located 10 minutes faraway by car, just take the road to Casa Club, parking lot on your left and then enter to the beach using the small sidewalk on the right, “the beach is free” all the Pinilla guests can use the beach, instead Casa club It’s just for members.
Mansita beach, lovely beach, great for families, very safe for swimming, just on the right side of the Marriot hotel, long chairs , toilette and showers available for guests.
Langosta beach is the largest one, beautiful, pristine beach, with long chairs and bathrooms available at the entrance of the beach, you can get to Tamarindo by walking on the beach.
Restaurants
Pinilla has one restaurant located in the club house next to the beach.
Marriot hotel has several restaurants with different menus.
Also, Tamarindo which is 20 minutes faraway by car, offering great choice of different restaurants.
