The spacious bedrooms are located on the second floor. Master has a screened lanai with waterfront views of Jug Creek. The lower living area also has a nice sized screened lanai with beautiful views of the marina, tennis courts and water. This is an end until with lots of natural light and huge impact sliders. The landscaping in this resort is breathtaking. Covered parking under the building. World class fishing. A short boat ride to the barrier islands & world famous Boca Grand pass.
