Situated in quiet area, overlooking Cristo Rei in Garajau. One street down from bustling Rua da Garajau with restaurants bars, bakeries, food stores etc. Rough km from supermarkets like Pingo Doce and Continente. 5 minute walk to the beach lift. Garajau beach is located in a aqua nature reserve - known for good diving.
The fully furnished apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen with separate laundry room. The veranda has a breathtaking view over the ocean, with full day sun exposure.
The apartment occupies the first floor of a 3 story villa. The neighborhood consists of stand alone villas. Dedicated parking in the street.
