Ski-On Ski-Off at Pico Mtn Premier Slopeside House Rental. Dog Friendly!!!

True Ski On / Ski Off located on the Sundowner Trail of Pico Mtn. Ski out the back door or snowshoe out the front to the nearby AppalachianTrail. Large great room with a roaring fireplace is perfect to regale your guests about your day’s adventures. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen sleigh bed facing the slope (enjoy the ride!). The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and 2 pull-down bunks if needed. A pullout sofa bed is located in the den with a 55”TV.

The kitchen has a gas cooktop, double oven, main refrigerator and 2 beverage fridges. The adjacent dining room table seats 8. And a large gaming table in the living room can handle any overflow of diners.

A dartboard, cornhole set, games, puzzles and books are provided for your entertainment. There’s even a wall of ‘The Ministry of Silly Hats’ for your enjoyment. Or just sit with a cocktail by the fireplace and watch the snow fall.

It’s a perfect setting for two families with kids or a group of friends. We can’t control the weather but everything is there to experience a memorable stay. You are responsible for your own happiness!!! ;-)
