Great location but the property needs help!!!

This property is in a great location with a hot tub and pool for everyone to enjoy. The house is large and will sleep many people (we had 15). The house is in dire need of renovation and fixes. The shower downstairs does not drain (you will stand in 2-3 inches of water while showering).The sinks in the master bath are plugged. The main upstairs toilet floods (had to plunge a few times so we quit using it). There is mold in all the showers and water damage around the tubs, showers and toilets. The flooring in the kitchen area is coming apart at the joints. There were dead cockroaches under the master bed and a bottle of massage oil. The bedrooms 6 and 7 downstairs have a musty odor and feels damp. The A/C was preset and we could not adjust (supposedly set at 74). Contacted the owner and she told us that it is hotter in Hawaii so that is the way it feels. FYI, we are from Phoenix, Arizona. It gets much hotter there! The house did nicely host a large group and we did have a great time, fortunately we didn’t spend much time at the house as we traveled the beautiful island. I would not recommend this house until the owners renovate and do some repairs!!!

This is not an accurate review. The house was newly renovated with two new kitchens, bathrooms, new floors for the living room, dining room, and kitchen, and 9 split ACs newly installed in the house. The guests never contacted me during their stay regarding all the issues she mentioned here. Most of the issues with clogged showers and toilets are due to their own cause. We clean all the shower drains. This is part of our cleaning routine. If someone has a lot of hairs flushed to the drain, the hairs will clog the shower and tub. I had to hire a plumber after they left for the clogged toilet and found out they flushed some underwear in the toilet. which is not acceptable. There was no mold in the bathroom; we use bleaches to clean all the bathrooms, and it is impossible to have mold in our house. I don't agree with this review.
