Barn is 40x40 with bathroom stall. Includes Official Championship pool table and amenities/equipment to play pool. Close to Cheaha Mountain State Park.Seven miles from Clay County State Lake in Delta Alabama.

I’m retired US Coast Guard. I bought this property a few years ago for my family to enjoy. Now my kids are grown and some have moved away so we aren’t using it as much. It’s a quiet peaceful place to relax and get away.

It’s on a creek that feeds into the Tallapoosa river. There are plenty of boating, fishing, and water sports.
