There is a seasonal swimming pool (typically open from March to October) that is spacious and refreshing. The pool is open to you and other residents and guests of the HOA. We have 2 dedicated parking spaces directly outside the front door, private laundry and all the amenities you could want, including a private 4 person hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar, comfortable beds, beach chairs and wagon, pickle ball equipment, as well as cozy indoor and outdoor seating and living areas. Located between Gulfport and Biloxi, near the beach. Comfortable beds! We are located in a gated community, just a short walk from the pool. The townhome complex backs up to an active rail line. Some guests find this charming and quintessentially historic, other prefer to know about the railroad in advance. We do have fans on hand for those who like white noise. Gulfport is a very historic city. Founded in 1887 and incorporated in 1898, it grew from a 19th-century timber town into a major Deep South port. Gulfport was actually founded to serve as the southern terminus and deep-water port for the historic Gulf & Ship Island Railroad (G&SIRR). I love the railroad is a part of its heritage. There are 7 (yes, seven) airports within 3 hrs of this property.
