Very nice and quiet

A wonderfully private and spacious abode, walkable to restaurants and set along a tree lined neighborhood street.

One of the best places I've stayed

Of course! Here's a more casual version:---I loved this apartment! It was super comfortable, cozy, *really* quiet, and so clean. Even the biggest neat freak would be happy here. Plus, it has lots of charm! It’s in a great neighborhood where I felt comfortable running and close to everything. Just a short walk to Ventura shops, restaurants. It was super convenient for me to visit my son.
