A spacious, 2-story 1,200 square foot guest house located in a quiet, gated property that is in an older, affluent neighborhood. Conveniently located near Universal , CBS , and Warner Brothers Studios and Hollywood. Many businesses and restaurants are within walking distance. Burbank Airport is only 20 minutes away. Home has been recently renovated to included luxury upgrades including: granite counter-tops, new appliances, new wood flooring. Adults Only. House is not child proof. 2 bedrooms (each with a queen size bed). 2 full bathrooms. .Sleeps 4 comfortably.

A charming retreat

We couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. TenArches is ideally located in a beautiful and walkable suburban neighborhood. The Fuller guesthouse is designed for comfort and privacy. The house was spotless and the bedding was super comfortable (hotel quality)—something you don’t always find in a short term rental. Fantastic Getaway

We had two couples share this terrific guesthouse. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood, very walkable and easy to locate. Jerry and Annette were terrific hosts and very communicative. It was probably one of the most well-appointed rentals we have ever stayed in; everything was thought of. Highly recommended and hope to stay again.

Ten Arches is the Best!

We stayed at this property for a long weekend to visit a sick relative. Jerry and Anette were wonderful hosts. Ten arches is a wonderful 2 bed 2 bath unit with a large dining room area and nice kitchen. It was the perfect place for my wife and I to stay with my brother. The Fuller's are very nice and showed excellent hospitality. I can say without doubt it is the best VRBO I have ever stayed at!

Jerry and Annette have been the best hosts that we've had in the 15 years that we have been using VRBO. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Ten Arches. Jerry and Annette were great hosts. The property itself was ideal for us. It was exactly as described with a beautiful pool and backyard. A magical place to gather with family.

My family came in town to celebrate my birthday and my mom's thereafter and we had such an amazing time. The owners Jerry and Annette were amazing in every way. The meet and greet to get us set up with the property was a memory maker as we learned about the history of the property and its amenities. They are such warm people and made us feel right at home from the get go. We felt like we made friends for life with these two. The property was so cozy and had everything we needed and desired. We loved being in the pool as well as our talking time in the gazebo for morning coffee. We thank you for your hospitality and welcoming hearts!
