We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The transportation pickup to the resort was always on time.Overall we had a wonderful trip!

North Beach repeat

This is our second time staying in the villas. This townhome was very nice and very clean, tastefully decorated, with newly updated flooring on the 2nd floor. Carpeting on the stairs and 1st floor bedroom was worn and in need of replacing however there was additional flooring that appeared ready to be installed. Washing machine in need of replacement, as it could not handle only one or two items without going off balance with a LOUD banging sound (make sure you run it while you are gone for the day). TVs could use an update to smart TV's. Overall a very comfortable stay and we would come back!

Upon checking in I had reserved unit 701 and was placed in 703. I’m not sure what happened here but very disappointing as I book based on what is available with the unit. I showed them at the desk I had reserved 701 and was told they had to change it. There was no Keurig in 703 so we had to go out and purchase one. The location of the unit was great but the unit does need a little TLC. The blind in the kitchen was broken so you were not able to see out that window, the remote in the Living Room was missing a battery, and neither lamp worked in the living room. Upon checking one bulb was burnt out and the other lamp didn’t have a bulb in it. Both bed rooms were great! I believe the unit had new carpet on stairs and bedroom which was nice. The unit provides sand toys for the beach if you have little ones. On the last night we were there our AC went out but within 2 hours Maintenance had it fixed. We would definitely stay again.
