This luxurious coastal studio has all the glam you could ask for! This space is perfect for a couple, or even a solo traveler, to have all the accommodations you need in one efficient and sparkling place.

From the comfortable sofa where you can kick back and relax, to the well-stocked kitchen where you can cook, and then right over to the king-sized bed where you can watch your favorite movies on a large streaming TV, you will feel right at home in this warm, yet stunningly beautiful, space.

The coastal bathroom has a walk-in shower and there is an inside laundry room. You can keep your clothes neat and tidy in the roomy walk-in closet with both a dresser and plenty of hanging space.

Enjoy the amazing sunsets on the outdoor patio while sitting in comfortable chairs, or start your day with a quiet breakfast at the outdoor counter. The patio has a gas grill, so you can enjoy your favorite meals outdoors.

Loved the studio apartment. Enjoyed the view of the Pacific Ocean. Was able to easily walk to the pier and beachfront to enjoy the sounds and smells of the beach and people watching. The interior design was very classy and we felt so comfortable and relaxed. Will definetly rent again when in the area.

The property was immaculate and so, so comfy. Easy check in and check out. It’s on the top floor so there are some sets of stairs but you’ll also enjoy a bit of a view of the ocean from the deck.

Beach Getaway

Very nice recently renovated (interior) about a mile from San Clemente Pier. Small, but with all new interior appointments. Close enough to walk to downtown and the beach. Only negative was street parking can at times be difficult to find near the 3rd floor unit.

A wonderful location! It was very clean, supper comfortable with a generous amount of space for a studio. Upgraded furniture and appliances. A quick easy walk right to the beach with beautiful sunsets. Very impressed!

The property was charming and clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable. I cooked and the stove was clean and useful. CAUTION; if you have mobility issues this is not the place for you!!! Three steep sets of stairs. Parking is difficult, I waited 3 hours in my car looking for a parking space.No wash cloths and 1 hand towel. Cookware and flatware was awful.

Dayna, thank you for noting the beauty and cleanliness of our condo. We believe we communicate truthfully regarding the stairs. We haven't had any other guests have issues. As for parking, it really depends on the time of day, as most of the day it is easy to find a spot. We provide black makeup washcloths for our guests. If you had a need for more towels, we would have gladly provided upon request. We have had no one else complain about our cookware and flatware, and we have the same in all of our 8 condos in town. We pride ourselves in providing for guests to comfortably cook. We are sorry it was not your style.
