The updated house was super clean, and everything seemed very new. Easy access to Traverse City as well as Suttons Bay, Sleeping Bears Dunes, and Old Mission Peninsula.
Amazing place! Can’t wait to go back! Host had everything we needed and responded within min to any questions we had. House was beautiful and clean as could be. Perfect location. Do your self a favor and book this spot for your next trip!
Great rental! Place is immaculate. Very updated and conveniently located between downtown Traverse City & Suttons Bay. Loved our stay. Our teenager loved the game are in the basement!
Extremely clean and functional home. Well stocked kitchen and fun games for the game room. Lake view was gorgeous from upstairs and convenient to Traverse City downtown.
This house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and had a lot of modern or updated features. We had some difficulty with the TV on the main floor. It would not connect to the WiFi. Overall, it was a great place to stay!
We stayed at this place for a girls’ trip and couldn’t recommend it enough! The house is located perfectly. Right along the lake and about 15 mins from downtown Traverse City. Perfect location for exploring the beautiful area and near the wine tasting region. House was clean, well stocked, and the beds were comfy!
Great location for our family trip! Plenty of space, great amenities. Everything we needed was there! Beds were very comfy! Check in and out were great. Communication was very prompt and we even extended our stay.
The house was beautifully updated and clean. Plan to live out of your suitcase. Although there was a nice sized closet in the bedrooms, it had no lower shelving or dresser to unpack clothing. Downstairs game room was fun. Kitchen table only allowed for seating 4 rather than 6. Otherwise anything else you needed was there. We appreciated being able to use the garage. That was a plus! Thank you!
Beautiful home with easy access to trails, traverse city, wineries and all the best of Up North
A beautiful comfortable home with everything you need for a weekend away. My kids loved the game basement with ping pong, darts, foosball, and a giant Jenga! Well-appointed kitchen, lovely living room and beautiful view of the grand traverse bay across the street. Would definitely come back! Only downside was some traffic noise, but easily solved with earplugs!
The house was exactly as the pictures show. It is very nice and comfortable. The games room in the basement was a huge bonus. The location is excellent! Highly recommend and would stay again on a future trip. Only issue we had was internet wasn't working. We could connect to the WiFi but there was no service. We had hot spots so just used those. We didn't contact the owner so they likely could have assisted but we were able to just use our own.

Bugs bugs bugs
We stayed there with a group of friends. The amount of bugs and gnats inside the house were unbelievable. Contacted the property management after we left and they basically said we are making this up.
Take your chances with this place. Television in master bedroom upstairs does not work and the house smells like kitty litter. Each bed has smelling
Our family stayed here for my son's wedding for 4 nights. The location was perfect, close to Traverse City and to our wedding venue. The road noise is a little loud at night but if you use ear plugs, you don't even notice it.The house was bigger than I thought. The master bedroom is the entire upstairs so it is very large. The bathroom and shower was very nice and we always had hot water. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. The coffee maker was very dirty but we spent some time cleaning it and it was fine. Everyone enjoyed sitting around the kitchen table to chat. My husband enjoyed sitting on the front porch to drink his coffee in the morning. The couch in the living room was so comfortable. We all fought over sitting on it. We actually all watched a football game on the nice large tv one night. We all loved the basement where the game room is. There is an electric fireplace with a nice sitting area as well. Playing darts and pingpong was our favorite. The host was extremely responsive and even moved our trip by a day because of travel plans. I left some items in a drawer and she is mailing them to me.We would definitely stay here again.
Home was cute and very clean. Kitchen was very well equipped. The games in the basement were a great bonus! The ping pong table was like new. The darts and Jenga were in great shape. We did not play foosball. The ability to use the garage was also nice. Unfortunately, the house had a very musty smell. It did get better after a couple of days of opening the windows while we were there. It is also very close to the road and the traffic noise is loud inside the house. We received immediate confirmation of booking and timely information was provided for arrival. We had one question when we arrived so we sent an email to the property manager using the email provided on the refrigerator. No response was ever received. We were looking for chairs for the firepit. We eventually found some in the garage but decided not use it so cannot speak to the quality of the pit or chairs. Most VRBO's provide basic necessities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.). Basic soaps equaled hand soap, dish soap and laundry soap (you will be asked to wash the sheets before you leave).Overall our stay was very nice. The location is great if you are not a light sleeper. Proximity to Traverse City and other activities was great.

Family getaway
Property was ok- very, very small in the kitchen/dining area- not enough chairs for everyone booked, had to go get some other chairs. Upstairs bedroom is very nice and large- and has the walk in shower- was not ideal for older guests having to climb the stairs. The house was clean- but had sooooo many bugs and ticks- it was rather uncomfortable- needs a screen door and regular pest services to get that under better control. Checking my family for ticks every morning- was not ideal. The house also had a very strong odor of wet dog throughout (we didn’t have any pets), and the fire pit/outdoor area is a bit overgrown so not very welcoming for an evening fire- very small yard small, need more online pictures of that area. Overall- was ok, but not one we will recommend or book again.
