No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties and any sort of amplified sound is strictly not permitted after 10pm. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

The house was great! Everything from furnishing to the small things like fresh coffee, nice soap etc. made it feel special. The location is fantastic. Short walk to Whole Foods, the trail around the lake, and good eats. We love this part of town with several cool neighborhoods to explore. Thanks for a great stay.

The house is beautifully designed and the backyard is incredible. The only feedback is that the upstairs bathroom could use some towel hooks, the cornhole equipment was not set up so we had to search for it and drag it out ourselves, the swing was missing, and the hot water seemed to take a long time to get going, particularly in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter. Best place we have found in Silver Lake! Perfect proximity to the Reservoir and hiking trails in Allegion Park. The house was VERY well stocked with some kitchen essentials and bathroom toiletries. Our very favorite feature was the outdoor fire pit. We’ll be back!

Had a wonderful, convenient stay, with nearby residents dropping over on Christmas Day. The local restaurant scene was top notch. Add the less than 5 min walk to great coffee (and Whole Foods Market), and we barely got in the car. House is unassuming, but SO roomy inside and out. Thumbs up!

The house worked well for our family. Upstairs (main living area) was comfortable and well equipped. Unfortunately the downstairs bedroom and bathroom had no heat so we used space heaters for our winter visit. Management company was very responsive.
