The room was immaculate. The view was excellent however VRBO gives you the option to pay 100 insurance we opted in. But when you get to the property they ask you to pay another 45 insurance. Overall great location, and atmosphere !! Will definitely stay again!

Thank you so much for the wonderful 10/10 review! We’re thrilled to hear that you found the room immaculate, enjoyed the excellent view, and loved the location and atmosphere. We also appreciate you bringing the insurance charge to our attention. We understand how an additional fee at the property could be confusing after selecting coverage through VRBO, and we’ll certainly take your feedback into consideration. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We’re delighted to hear you’ll be back, and we look forward to welcoming you again!

Family(s) Beach Vacation

We truly enjoyed our time at the North Beach tower. The views are absolutely amazing. The pools are crystal clear and the ocean and sand is so inviting. We love that the unit was so large, big enough for two families and friends. Glad we picked 1903 as our vacation hospitality.. Did I mention poolside drinks? My favorite was a dirty banana..
