Beautiful floors, granite countertops, new cabinetry, backsplash, glass shower doors, ceiling fans, lighting, and newer A/C (replaced in 2022) to keep you cool. Includes ALL-IN-ONE Washer & Dryer and a handy POP-UP Power Tower in the Kitchen for your charging needs. Marina Vista has bulkhead access to the lake and temporary tie-ups, right next to the Walden Marina. The Walden Yacht Club and Breakwater Grill, Walden pool, playground, dog park, fitness & tennis center and trailheads are within a few blocks from this unit. Lake Views! Near the pool and only 3.6 miles from Margaritaville the 2023 Stella Award Winner!

The place is very spacious, clean, private and in a really nice neighborhood which you are able to go on morning walks by the lake and the park and the people are very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and stores close by to go grocery shopping.

Awesome place right by the water

Great place to stay with lake access. Pool was also close by. The king bed was very comfortable. Very quiet complex with friendly neighbors.

The pictures accurately depict the unit. Did not use balcony as it faced other unit back yard. We are elderly and the stairs felt sturdy. We were visiting family for graduation so it was perfect for short stay. King size bed was comfortable. We did use the Walden pool and it was very nice.

No issues, exactly as photos depict. Only small suggestion would be additional bath towels (2 sets were provided); as with the lake taking multiple showers per day were needed.
