The cottage is a licensed short term accommodation (permit #513 -2021) on lake Huron. This waterfront cottage has 1200 square foot living area, clean three-bedroom waterfront crystal clear waters of Dorcas Bay, Lake Huron. The cottage property is covered with Cedar, Pine, & other native trees to provide a semi-private atmosphere. A nice outdoor fire pit with 6 chairs allows you to have nice family time or quality time with friends. Enjoy your dinners cooked outside with the propane BBQ provided on a nice partially covered deck with a muskoka chairs, looking at the gorgeous sunset view. Enjoy your favourite beverage beside the soothing sounds of Lake Huron, till late night. A path leads down to a picturesque shoreline. At the water's edge, the rock is flat with shallow entry. If you are looking for a sand beach, Singing Sands Beach (part of Bruce Peninsula National Park) is less than a 5 minute drive away. Cottage is double storied with very low height widen step stairs. Two bedrooms are in the main floor level has a living area and a washroom. The 3rd bed room is located upstairs with privacy curtain. The kitchen, dining area & living room, and the full bathroom are located upstairs. The 24"X8" deck is a walkout from upstairs living room. There is a sitting area with a gas BBQ. The deck is west facing overlooking the lake and the beautiful sunset on the lake.
