This farm house is so cute clean and lovely. It's exactly what my wife and I needed during our stay in Livingston. Its close to everything but on a very quiet property in a very safe neighborhood. Book it and enjoy!
It was so cute and had everything we needed. I was not sure we could find something in the area but it was close to everything in Livingston a Monterey. I really liked the covered porch out back.
This farmhouse is located in a beautiful neighborhood. It was very clean and the host was ver accommodating. Every morning started with a beautiful view of th3 hills and neighboring farms. I cant recommend this place enough.
This home is clean and well appointed. The host even left snacks and ice cream in the freezer for us. The house is on a quiet corner with farms around it. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this house again if we are in this area.
Best place I have ever stayed. Clean, bright, accommodating. Close to town but far enough away that it is peaceful. The view is great, back and front porches are great. Will definitely stay again
This little farmhouse was perfect in every way. It is well maintained, spotless and cute as ever. Stunning views and comfy beds, what more do you need? Highly recommend and will be back, as we come yearly to visit family.
This is the perfect spot for us. 3 miles to our future home, nice quiet setting, king bed, and all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The back porch is a great place to unwind and admire the countryside. The bonus was ample supply of dinnerware, pots and pans, food wraps and spices. We'll be back to do a little more property work in the summer.
We came in for our family reunion. Our local family knew the home and had great stories of it. It’s a Great home and great country location. Loved the back deck/porch and view. Nice open space in the house and liked having bathrooms in each bedroom.
We can to attend the Rolley Hole Championship. This farmhouse was perfect. Very spacious and clean. Perfect for relaxing. Loved the farm animals down the road behind us. Highly Recommend!
The property was absolutely stunning with a porch and spacious front and back yards. The house itself was amazing and the kitchen is the star of the show if you’re looking to prepare food! The location was the perfect for not being quite in town but also very close to town to get necessities. Absolutely looking forward to the next visit to this lovely farmhouse!
The property was very cute and nostalgic. Bedrooms were large. The kitchen was easy to work in. The snowflake dishes were so cute for winter. This property made for a very relaxing overnight getaway.
Perfect little stay away from home and just a 20 minute drive out to my parents farm. Everything was just as described and we felt right at home. The back porch is lovely! We enjoyed some time on the porch at night listening to the creatures of the night and again in the morning while having our coffee. Five stars!
House was immaculate. Very cozy as well. It had everything we needed, and some nice special touches. One of the best things was the surrounding area. There was a lovely farm off the back of the property, where we sat on the deck and drank our coffee in the morning. Out the front was more farms and just so much beauty. Very peaceful, very quiet, very safe. I cannot say enough good things about this property.
First, the listing photos do not do this property justice!! This house is more spacious than the photos can show. The home is located in such a beautiful location nestled among the hills in the country but still close enough to civilization, Livingston is such a nice quiet, friendly little town, and has the best Mexican Restaurant! The home is super clean and the host, Jennifer, has seen to many small details, down to snacks, even ice cream, coffee creamer and a luggage stand for our suitcase. We were only in the area for a funeral, but want to return to stay in this homey property and explore the area!
We were coming from
Chicago , we are so used to busy city and suburb life, first time for my family to spend some time in the country and avoid society for a little bit lol. This place was very well kept and had all the essentials we needed without needing to visit a store. The owner of the property was very helpful and communicated with us right away. Me and my family have 0 complaints and are beyond happy with our stay. Tennessee is such a beautiful state and we look forward to visiting more often. Thank you so much and god bless.
This home completely met our needs as we were in town for two nights to see a friend. Nestled among fields of cattle, it was a quiet place to rest and visit. Everything was very clean and comfortable- the kitchen well stocked. The homeowner was kind and communicative. The front porch was a lovely place to sit and read. I would definitely recommend this house if you’re visiting this area of Tennessee.
We had such a beautiful stay. The house is very spacious, beautiful, quiet and amazing views of the country. Great hospitality and communications with the host, Jennifer. She had covered everything to make us feel so welcome. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!
