This classic 1940s rowhome with completely updated interiors is the perfect place for a comfortable, cozy, and colorful getaway. Enjoy updated appliances, floating shelving, and brand-new, modular furniture to suit different needs. Rest peacefully on a California King Purple Mattress, or extend the velvet sofa couch in a second bedroom, which also doubles as a yoga studio. A living room sofa couch extends out to a comfortable Queen size bed to accommodate additional guests. The front porch includes Adirondack chairs for a quiet morning breakfast and a glimpse of the tall maple trees that line the street. A small back porch, built for grilling, also accommodates views of the beautiful large Black Locust tree behind the property. A spacious basement adds plentiful storage and an art studio for the creatively-minded. High-speed strong wifi signal is available throughout the house. Artistic touches include brightly painted furniture and rooms, handmade prints, and ceramics. The neighborhood is known for its charm and green spaces, and is walking distance to cafes, the Schuylkill River, Wissahickon and Fairmount parks, and two different regional rail stations that take you directly to Center City.
