We really enjoyed our stay here! It was so clean, updated and a great location. Dedicated parking in the back made it easy to load and unload suitcases and groceries. Very good communication with the host. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay at the property! Cozy and clean. Loved that we had seating options to relax outside. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to rent an upstairs unit; I woke up at 5am to footsteps above us!

Place was great. Great location and not too far from where you wanted to go. A little noisy from upstairs foot traffic but other than that the place was exactly as it was described and we plan on staying there again!

The apartment was as described. Very clean and in a nice, residential location. I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the front patio facing the sun. The apartment was close enough to downtown that we were able to walk, with a couple pit stops, or easily get a rideshare.

the property was just as described in pictures. The neighborhood was close to everything. There are 3 apartments in the building so there was a little noise. But this is Nashville.

Great value and lots of space! Off the beaten path and it felt good to go home each day. Grab a $10 Lyft from downtown and give yourself the extra space on your trip.

Clean and accurate to listing. In a good location, about 10 minutes by car to broadway. The only thing was our parking lot was small, and we had two larger vehicles, therefore it got pretty tight trying to park and get in and out. But street parking out front was great when we needed it

Second time here & it’s our fav in Nash

We stayed here in August for move-in and it was perfect so booked again for move-out. The place has a lot of room, comfortable beds, a great shower and is close to Belmont & Vanderbilt. The outdoor space is a great place to work or just sit and read on the porch swing. Thank you for another wonderful stay, we will be back.

College Visit Weekend

My husband, daughter and I were in town for a college visit. The place we stayed in was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, in great location, and very comfortable. If she ends up going to school in Nashville, I would definitely stay here again!
