As you drive into the neighborhood, it can be a little decieving but it was quiet, safe, and perfect. Easy to get downtown for the action, but great to come back to privacy and quiet.

Overall, great stay and property. It is located in a gentrifying area of West Nashville. Hence it feels sketchy but I had not issues. It was really quiet and convenient to TSU.

Thanks to Sara for being such a great host let us arrive early since we were traveling a great distance and didn’t know when would arrive in Nashville. Perfect for 8 adults. Plenty of room and were able to spend sometime outside.

Very nice! The decor in all of the rooms was so cute. It was a nice and cool temperature in the house. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans which made for a good nights sleep. It was a great location and the neighborhood seemed very safe! We loved having our coffee on the covered front porch in the morning. We most definitely would stay here again if we did it all over again.

The host was easy to get a hold of and very friendly and helpful! The house on the inside was exactly like the pictures it was very clean and smelled nice when we walked in. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were clean! Only thing I would change is the location. The house was on the outside of Nashville not in a great neighborhood. Other than that no complaints.

Great house that is super homey! Love all the decor and overall coziness of the place. The reviews are right- close to everything! Took an uber to broadway and it was 13 minutes. Sarah was excellent when asked if we could come in a night early. She was such a great host. This place is great for families or a girls or guys weekend in Nashville! Would definitely stay again!

The first good sign- the host was responsive and very friendly. That continued to be the case from renting through the end of our stay. The place itself is super cute, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked which was great because we chose to make dinner and breakfast "at home". There is plenty of available non street parking. Everyone in the family enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful house and worked perfectly for friends and my teenage boys. The house had almost everything you could think of, each item we forgot to bring, it was already there. It was an extremely convenient location to basically everything in Nashville, nothing was more than 10 minutes away in any direction. Great host, who was extremely quick and responsive to our questions.
