The master suite includes a large walk-in closet, spacious bathroom with a step in shower and separate soaking tub. The private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and tranquility of the beach life. 2nd bedroom is a generous sized guest room with a shared a hall bath with a tub/shower combination. There is another half bath just down the hall, an interior laundry room with washer and dryer and assigned covered parking space. The unit has a Pack-n-Play and high-chair for guest use. This is the largest of the 7 units in the complex. This top floor condo boasts over 33 feet of balcony space with a partial gulf view. This unit is fully furnished, and has everything you need for a week at the Gulf of Mexico!
