You'll see manatees, dolphins, fish, crabs, and various Florida birds. The wildlife is endless. Enjoy the sounds of nearby live music on weekends or relax on the hammock on the lower level. This is a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home with all new kitchen and appliances. Smart TV with cable and internet. Primary bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with new custom shower that features custom tile work. The second guest room also includes a queen bed. Third bedroom is furnished with a bunkbeds.
Kitchen is all new! You'll find upgraded GE Café appliances. Refrigerator w/built-in ice maker. Electric induction double range and overhead hood/lights, Microwave Drawer and Coffee Center
Living area is open featuring a picture with view directly out to the Gulf and the most photogenetic sunsets. Sliding glass doors to back deck and seating area. Custom made bar and dining area.

Great View

The house and property are very nice. The stairs are a little challenging and the deck needs some maintenance. Considering the flood from the storm everything was in good shape. We really enjoyed our time there.

Chillaxification at it's best...as the title says

Beautiful home, beautiful sunsets! The moment we walked in, we loved it. The view right from the large living room window is wonderful, which is where the sun sets. The beds are very comfortable, and you feel right at home. Sitting on the deck, watching the dolphins, pelicans, and the cranes was a perfect way to start and end the day. The hosts are attentive, and I would recommend this place to everyone. A real gem!

Amazing place!

This place was truly magical. While the pictures are great seeing it in person is another thing. This place wasn’t just a rental, it was like visiting a good friend’s home. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly want to make meals and desserts. The beds were very comfortable with nice sheets. The couches are all recliners that are operated electronically. They were so comfortable! Now let’s talk about the view. In the morning we woke up to gorgeous sunrises and in the evening we watched gorgeous sunsets. That’s right! We had both! The neighborhood and the water were both very quiet. I have rented many places and this is by far my favorite! I am just going to have to plan another trip to Florida just to stay here. Thanks Brigitte!
