We had a great time. The apartment was safe, clean, and comfortable. The front staff were warm and welcoming and the residents were happy to offer recommendations of places to visit. The only negative was the overnight construction being done across the street at the Independence Hall park. However, there were sound machines provided in all the rooms to help.

Property was in an excellent location to see the American history sites! This property is an apartment building so I will say parking is tricky to find. Overall, it was clean, and spacious. Modern updates. The view was nice from the room. Hosts were easy to work with and prompt with replies. Would stay here again!

The apt was great and exactly as advertised. The location is excellent. One should be aware that the bell on Constitution Hall does ring every hour and that there is some ambient light from Constitution Hall. The staff at check in and throughout the visit was great. Parking is extremely easy with a garage directly across Chestnut Street that on the wkd is just 13/day. It is easily accessible and had a 6' 9" height so trucks and SUVs not an issue. The gym was decent but could use some updating. Overall a very nice spot that easily help 6 adults.

Sosuite Philadelphia

We have stayed at numerous VRBO's over the years, and this was one of the best we have stayed at. The space was very updated and clean, and the location was perfect to Enjoy this area of the city. As good as the space was, the host service was the best we have ever experienced. Every question or requested we had was answered and delivered in an expediated manner. Top Notch Host!

Room was not clean on check-in. However, the property manager remedy the situation as soon as they were able. Communication was excellent and they brought snacks a bottle of Prosecco to make up for the inconvenience.
