Great location for the major tourist attractions. Good food across the street. The dance studio on the ground floor was open until midnight and was fairly noisy one night of our stay. Overall a clean, confortable place to stay.

This is a tremendous property, spacious, clean and beautiful. Great location, just a block from the Liberty Bell. The hosts are remarkably quick to respond to any question or issue, Really could not ask for anything more - a great experience.

A beautiful space with easy access to historical sites, restaurants, and SEPTA for areas further out. Very comfortable, modern, and inviting. There is a dance studio on the first floor that can be rented out for parties, so sometimes the music may carry, particularly on weekends.

The hosts were very responsive and professional. The open space and large kitchen is a rare find in the city and was so wonderful during our visit where we’d planned to cook. The listing was exactly as it showed in the photos. The area had so much walkability, it’s a great place to stay!

This is a great property located in the tourist district of Philly. It's within walking distance from the Liberty Bell, Constitution Hall and lots of places to eat.The management company was easy to communicate with and worked with out schedule!I highly recommend this property!

Family Spring Break

We had a great stay - the apartment was in the perfect location for us to walk to different destinations around the city and the perfect place for us to return to at night to collapse after all our walking! Wish we could have stayed longer.

The space was fantastic and very comfortable. Unfortunately the elevator was out of order just prior to our stay and would not be repaired for a few weeks but it was handled properly through the property management . Parking is very convenient and I recommend adding it on . Check in instructions need to be revised somewhat but we were able to get in the unit without any problems . Everything was comfortable, great appliances and enough space for everyone. We definitely want to stay again next time I the city. A fantastic place.

Great location, beautiful apartment

We were in town for a graduation, could easily walk to the Convention Center and avoided all of the traffic. Centrally located, easy access to restaurants and anything else that we needed. Communication with host was great, We plan on staying here again.

Wonderful Home Base for Philly Trip

We decided to travel to Philly for our kids spring break to visit friends. This was a lovely, spacious home base that was centrally located to sites and our nice neighborhoods. Parks in the area were plentiful and the setup was great for our family of five.

This was a lovely, very conveniently located loft apartment. Comfortable, clean and a safe feeling neighborhood. Parking was one block away for an extra charge. It is a converted loft so you can hear the neighbors pretty easily but it wasn't a problem for us. BYOB coffee. There's a good market down the block to get staples. This is a "Bespoke" property so additional requirements and communication is through its app.
