Cool Uptown Village Stay

This Cool 'Couve Stay takes you back 100 years! Original tile, woodwork, and cabinetry gives this Heart of Downtown Stay all the unique vibes and character that Vancouver has to offer. Very walkable/bikable location only 1 mile from the Vancouver Waterfront. You can unwind in our outdoor oasis with a pond, firepit and gazebo. Or you can take a dip into the Hot Tub and rinse off in the outdoor shower! There is a weight room for all your fitness needs and more than enough space to host everyone! (Please request Air Bed or pack and play prior to arrival and claim all dogs prior to staying with us!)
The space
Formal living room space with mini grand piano and formal seating area.
Full dining room space with 6 chairs. Full kitchen with a seating space for two. Full size fridge, gas stove cooktop and oven. Full capable and well stocked kitchen.
Family Room with Smart TV and large sectional seating, entry to back deck and extra closet with queen air mattress upon request.
Bedroom with comfy queen sized bed and dresser.
Full sized bathroom with Tub/Shower combo and full vanity. Well stocked with Shampoo, Body Wash and Conditioner and Fresh Towels.
Downstairs:
Queen sized bedroom with a desk for your convenience.
Bedroom with two twin beds and a full sized futon. Large 50 inch Smart TV.
Full closet with shelves and a hanging rack.
Workout room and bench with weights.
Full laundry room with Washer and Dryer. Small half bath included in this space.
Upstairs:
Office and lazy chair and ottoman with convenient Washer and Dryer set. Full closet with hanging rack. King sized bed with full light up vanity and desk with chair.
Bathroom with glass shower and fresh towels with Shampoo, Body Wash and Conditioner.
Outside we have a back seating area with gas fire table and seating area. Pond with bamboo privacy fencing. Foliage covered hot tub with outdoor heated shower. Outdoor grill.
Out front we have a driveway (no LOW profile cars, SUV and truck only) cars can park free in front of the house on the street, as there is always ample parking.

sweet cottage style house. decor and upgrades were "cool" to my 30 year old "kids". they esp liked the guitars on the walls and three piano's ( 2 kids ones) i found the house very clean and comfortable. i'd rent it again!
