Colorful & relaxing: your stay is sure to be pleasant in this easy, convenient, and charming Roseway neighborhood home. The 104-year-old house has two queen bedrooms on the main floor, and a larger "lounge" upstairs. The living room couch pulls out into a comfy bed, and upstairs lounge area has a double futon and double bed. Mattresses are new, towels and sheets are high quality. The furnishings are fun, funky, and vintage-y unfancy ~ while never compromising comfort. You'll enjoy a large kitchen with lots of countertops and work space, a big fridge, and a 6-burner Viking cooktop. Within a 10-minute walk you'll find some great restaurants, but you might just want to stay in!
To note:
~Touchpad entry - no key necessary.
~The house is a nice size, actually a 3-bedroom, because of upstairs “lounge" and sleeping area.
~Street parking is readily available but ask host if you need driveway parking, it's shared with neighbors.
~ There's no enclosed yard - pets must be on leash when outside.
Backyard is comfy and available for you to use - just know that it's not private. There's a sweet and separate cottage at the back/side of the property, which is where I usually am. It won't be in your vision and is more like a separate home. The front yard and front porch are all yours to enjoy privately, but don't hesitate to use the open and shared backyard too!
~ There's an additional apartment below the house - sharing no space with the bungalow, and no noise. This is where the laundry room is. I may be using the space, or not, but won't be in your way.
