This spacious and well-appointed townhome is located in the quiet Turtle Bay community and nestled next to the Folly River. The living room has a large flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and the dining table has seating for 6. The screened-in porch is a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. Watch the dolphins and manatees swim while taking in Folly Beach's breathtaking sunset.

Each of the 3 bedrooms has access to its own full bathroom. The first floor queen-size bedroom has a dedicated workspace and flat screen TV. The remaining two bedrooms are located upstairs. The 2nd bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and private balcony with river views. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with two twin beds.

The nearby community pool has panoramic river views and is the ideal place to cool off on a hot day. There's also a fishing dock on the property, where you can try your luck at catching some fish or paddle boarding from the dock. Go into the Folly Beach downtown area to wander through local shops, markets, listen to live entertainment and eat at one of our amazing local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier or check out the Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos! Fish off the Folly Beach Pier to catch the big one to write home about.

Downtown Charleston is only a 20 minute drive. Here you will experience world-class dining, swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more, all customizing your memorable trip to this historical city. 2 parking spaces available in the garage and carport. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable, full size washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning. Boat space on the dock is not reserved for renters. Turtle Bay is not pet-friendly and is strictly non-smoking. Must be 25 or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property is handled through a management company and has 24-hour on-call maintenance services.
