First, Chris was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. The home was perfectly described with added information for resteraunts, beaches... Bed was very comfortable and the home stocked with everything someone would need. Location is everything they say and this home meets those hopes. If we are back in Sarasota this home is our first stop. Thanks!

Family vacation

This property is located on a lovely street close to downtown, restaurants, playgrounds and beaches. There is a lovely backyard. The spacious hone is clean and well equipped with beach items, linens, dishes and even coffee. The second bedroom has large windows into the living room but this is not an issue. Heavy shades easily pull down for total privacy. I recommend this property without reservation.
