Eddie was very helpful. He greeted us when we arrived and told us to let him know if we needed anything. After that we didn't even know he was in the house behind us. He also mailed somethings we left behind and I so appreciated that. This house was very clean and beautiful and had everything we needed. It is in a great neighborhood, it is an older house, but updated and so charming, the kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need in appliances. We were there for softball at the University and it was so easy to travel back and forth, 10 minutes. Great place!!!

Perfect property for our stay

We traveled to Knoxville to visit our son in college and this was a perfect place for us. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was extremely well appointed. Just minutes to get downtown (driving). Will definitely consider staying here again when we come to visit!!

This is our 2nd time staying at the house. House was very clean and less than 10 min from downtown and UTK. Perfect place to stay while moving our kids into UTK. Host made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Will definitely stay there again.
