Comfortable clean condo near hiking

Enjoyed the location close to hiking, neighborhood is walkable. Used pool and pickleball courts, also close to target and other stores. Condo had everything we needed. Enjoyed ability to grill on deck. Would definitely stay again!

Great co neo complex

Really nicely appointed 2B/2Bath unit with its own laundry and grill on the balcony space. Close to tennis courts and pool(s). And what awesome pools they are! Big enough for laps and never crowded during our stay. All in all, we would give more stars if we could!!

5-Days in Palm Springs

The location is great. Very close to the airport and close to big box stores, restaurants, and boutiques. Loved the tennis court and pool onsite. Golf course down the street. Condo has everything you need. If there’s something missing, the owner is very responsive and frequently sends messages to make sure we were comfortable.

Convenient Condo!

My husband and I love PSP. Last year we stayed in Indian Wells but wanted to be closer to Palm Springs this visit. AJ's place is the perfect location. It is by the main road so you hear some noise but at night, we had our "white noise app" going on our phone and slept great. The location is super convenient, walkable to stores and restaurants. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed, and loved having coffee on the balcony with the hummingbirds. The pool is large and gorgeous. We also enjoyed playing tennis right out the door too. Bonus having covered parking as well for those crazy hot days and/or pop up storms. We had a minor mishap with the brand new AC when we checked in but AJ resolved it ASAP. He is super easy to communicate with and responds quickly. All was well and we had a fabulous stay. The condo is spacious and the neighbors are friendly. Thank you AJ for being such a great host! Sincerely, Sheila & George

Palm Canyon Villas has impeccable landscaping with lush green grass, beautiful flowers and fragrant fruit trees. The neighborhoods are extremely friendly and the pool and hot tub are amazing.

What makes this property unique

My condo is very comfortable, classy with a touch of style. You will feel at home right away and has everything you would need for your stay. Great location with lots of stores and restaurants near by.
