About this property

Modern Key Largo house with pool next to Pennekamp State Park

Recently remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a pool located at the end of a dead end street adjoining the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park.
It has beautiful sunset views over the park on the west side of the house.
It is in a quiet neighborhood about 1 mile off the main road, U.S. 1, yet it is close to everything you will need. There are over 20 restaurant within 1 mile and 50 restaurants within 5 miles. Public is 2 miles from here. CVS & Walgreens are 1 mile from here.
Dockage is available.
A bike bed path starts t the end of our street and I can provide youth bikes for free.
You are welcome to use my Kayaks and Paddle Boards fro free that I keep at my beach 2 blocks from here.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
